Mr. Gandía joined Advent-Morro in November 2022. Previously, he worked as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Gandía holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. As an analyst, he is responsible for assisting in all aspects of Investment due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies.
